Bhatte Primary School Financial Summary
The summary of all the program and administrative expenses during the period from 26 December, 2010 to 16 July, 2011. The review was conducted by Anil and Associates based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Santi School Project raised €5,000 (Rs. 400,000) in Austria during the summer of 2009. The fundraising was organized by Rabindra Maharjan, currently the President of our organization in Nepal. Raby has been actively involved with the project since 2006. Mahakali Lower Secondary School’s reconstruction work was our second major project and our first reconstruction project.
Shree Shanti Primary School’s construction is our first project. The project was first envisioned in 2003 when our founder was backpacking in Nepal, and construction on the school began in the summer of 2007. We partnered with Nationwide Education Program (NSP), a program run by the Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha School Sudents (SEBS), for the construction phase of the project. Until we hired a project coordinator in November 2008, the project was supervised and administered by the NSP.
